IF MARRIAGE IS A CONTRACT SHOULD.....
If marriage the oldest form of organisation inherent in human nature, some people call it a contract.Seeing the current trends of marriage, in your view should marriage as a contract, have a fix term that need to be renewable, or should society cancel this form of organisation?
Or should people see marriage as a lifelong commitment?
"Marriage should be a mutual contract that need constantly to be renewed, it's evolution is based on current societal trends and the difficulties within a marriage needs constantly to be fixed by the parties involved in marriage by influencing each other's behaviour".Having said that, people can call it quit if the is no need to renew such a commitment.

If someone doesn't wish to commit to a life time, just tell the other person that, then get out of the way, so they can go find someone who will.
Times have changed, people have changed...maybe the formal contract should be extinguished and let people live together by sheer will and get the government out of it?
