Christmas Hangover

So how's everybody here? What did I miss ? What did I miss here?

I'm having a quiet time here...alone at home now, don't feel like seeing or talking to anyone...and don't feel like cleaning any Christmas mess all over the apartment...

My Jerk left this afternoon, I dropped my son to his dad's place and now I feel so all alone...exhausted from all those Christmas excitement and stress Now I'm left with sore muscles, sore lips, a little headache and lots of mess to clean...so much for Christmas

I had a wonderful Christmas, just the way I wished it to be...well not really as I didn't get to cooked all the menus I planned for Thursday night for my Jerk, he came on time...and all the cooking stopped there but I did managed to put the meatloaf in the oven by the time he came...was about to deep fry those cheesy bacon bombs when he called that he's already downstairs and wants me to come down to meet him...so those bacon bombs were a little a burnt...that's all we had for dinner...meatloaf that almost got forgotten in the oven and burnt bacon bombs We went Christmas shopping afterwards and had fun long night ahead.

We picked up my son on Friday noon...took him shopping to the mall...then went home and started all those stressful cooking for Christmas dinner...I handled those cheese cake and jolly jello...he took care of the turkey and the rest of the menu...I tell you, cooking a 25lb turkey is not easy! He was sweaty and grumpy in the kitchen but I enjoyed every moment of it

A friend joined us for dinner and it was fun...my son loved my BF's cooking and the turkey impressed him a lot! We went to a cinema after dinner and watched a very nice movie "Star Wars" and have so much fun...finally went back home at 2 am...my son fell asleep on the sofa, had hard time dragging him to his room and he did sleepily whispered "go, sit with him" while I was tucking him...so there was no issue of where my BF should sleep...in my room of course. My son woke me up in the morning, asked for nice breakfast and said thanks for a wonderful christmas...and presents.

So glad my son likes my BF a lot and asked him to come back soon...my son told me that my BF is "very gentle and loving" and that he likes him a lot
