i have been with men, both shaved and mustached but not a beard. i did find that a mustache seems to accent the eyes. maybe because it's in the middle of the face and naturally brings the viewer's eyes up. i don't know....

I hate them. I think anybody in a moustache looks dodgy and untrustworthy
They would be unpopular here in general. Very few men apart from foreigners would sport a moustache.
The only time they are 'allowable' is during Movember where men grow them to raise money for charity
If it is clean and trimmed, and you enjoy it, go for it! If it is a pain to maintain, whip it off.
