THE STUMBLING BLOCK

Matthew 18:6 But whoever causes one of these little ones to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone around his neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea.

Ephesians 4:14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men and their deceitful scheming.

2 Thessalonians 2:11 For the same reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie. 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.


God is a Father and what would be a huge offense to a loving Father? When someone try's to destroy your relationship with Him yes that is a condemning sin and will separate you from Grace. What Jesus meant in Matthew 18 was in a spiritual sense, meaning separation from God. Ephesians 4 really hits the nail on the head. The gullible professing believers that have no root being fooled into falling from Grace.

Satan knows he doesn't have any power over a believer, so he uses anyone and everyone he can to separate you from the Lord. That's the spiritual war we live the simple choice separation from God or in God. We have to understand someone who doesn't understand the Gospel or that don't know the Lord we must<<<< be aware of attacks they will put on us, and some may have good intentions but still awareness is a key part in staying grounded in the Lord.

And you have to understand if someone has targeted you, than God knows and they are not under grace no matter what they say. I am a Spiritual man and I understand a Christian's main purpose on this earth is to lead people to Christ, and encourage and be a blessing for those who believe. So in my own conscience in the Lord, I know someone with that motive is not under Grace. So in their abuse and arrogance to you, until they repent they are separated from God.


In my own experience with the Lord, He stands with me when I'm humble at heart and my motives are pure and without deceit. Even if someone sets you up for sin or to ruin your name etc, the Lord is no fool just run to His arms and their efforts will be for nothing all in vain. The Christian who knows they need the Lord and lean to grace daily for confidence and root in the Love of Christ.
THUS SAYS THE LORD I LOVE YOU, AND NO ONE CAN SEPARATE YOU FROM MY LOVE BUT YOU.
