Why do I need a woman in my life...

Relationship, hell no, its like you considered to commit suicide and inviting the other person to be a partner in crime.
Merely for s*xual gratification, then I must low down to the gutter level taking somebody to be a commodity.
Just a friend, friends with benefits makes a little bit of sense but just friends, that's a hypocrisy and hardly makes any sense.
Then I settled to contemplate for months and years.
Though I wear no masks but I found that at the conscious level I was somewhat pretentious. And surprisingly it got revealed that you like it or not, you have to be, to get the show going or end up in the tormenting comfort zone.
Then after I explored the subconscious. The revelations were profound, so informative, amazing and above all ecstatic. I got convinced that it cannot be a public discourse. It can be shared with that woman and that too in the private.
But yes depressing too. Let alone the possibility, its seemingly not the remote feasibility of finding the woman I need.
But of course, the option of finding her next time is wide open.applause

Fractal wood burning...

I came across a story about people who are doing wood crafting called fractal wood burning. The process involves soaking boards in a chemical solution and running high-voltage electric across the wet board. The end result is a unique burn into the wood that has a tree-like shape with branches extending outward from the electrodes. The design has an almost fractal appearance. Hence the name fractal wood burning.

That's the good part. The bad part is the process is dangerous, especially in the hands of a novice.

To achieve this technique you need a transformer. Where can you find such a transformer? They can be found in the guts of a microwave oven. The alternate name for that type of transformer can be referred to as "lichtenburg" generator.

I found this type of art in a story about a couple who were electrocuted by the high-voltage it created. Another linked story was a house fire cause by the misuse of the device. Thousands of volts passing through 2 electrodes like a failed Tesla experiment.

While it's pretty, people aren't aware of the dangers in rigging something so powerful in a home-made device.

Embedded image from another site

Holding the electrodes like the photo above is EXTREMELY dangerous.

The YouTube video shows a guy in a workshop using a variac, voltage controlled transformer and for safety, the electrodes aren't within reach.

Epiphanies

Saw a yellow winged fairy floating in the air, dancing in psychedelic delight, showing off a magnificent opera of flight…dazzling me with a catharsis of sound echoing in colors, tuning into my mirth, a joyful song of love, a brilliant fusion of music, a soul of jazz, an epic poem, a beauty of passion, a nirvana so tranquil.

Saw flames of fire like tongues of music …they were swaying like many letters of the alphabet…I cast my eyes like a seer on them …I am drowned in their rich lyrical intimacy…they evoke in me a passionate ecstasy…is God devout speaking through the flames…the flames are a prophet of light …a diviner’s objet d’ art….

Something new

The drought brought forth cracks in my soil
As the seeds, carefully sown await
Under a black and white sky
I call the clouds to me as if I was their master

With gentle words like rain, he tends to me
Until the life in me awakens, in pale greens and yellows
New life growing outside of me links earth to sky

He is not a farmer who works the land
He is a steward of my fertile fields
Encouraging life in my land’s empty furrows, waiting
For his same tender hands to cultivate and harvest the best of me

The Moon

The crystal ball was out early, hanging as an immaculate witch in the sky…I gazed at her like a poetic ornament…I was tantalized by her reflection on the mango tree…I felt my phallus being sodomized by a witch…I became a poet and started writing poetry…There she lies gazing at me with poetic splendor…She made me a wizard of imagination…I said a hi to her by pinching my nipples…There, her reflection is falling on the window sill of my house…I am listening to Bach and eating electric sandwiches…My soul is over amorized…Witch from a coven, yield your poetic soul to me…Yes, I have fallen in love with you….

TED Talks:How to become a better communicator 3

Number six: Don’t equate your experience with theirs. If they're talking about having lost a family member, don't start talking about the time you lost a family member. If they're talking about the trouble they're having at work, don't tell them about how much you hate your job. It's not the same. It is never the same. All experiences are individual. And, more importantly, it is not about you. You don’t need to take that moment to prove how amazing you are or how much you’ve suffered. Somebody asked Stephen Hawking once what his IQ was, and he said, "I have no idea. People who brag about their IQs are losers."

Number seven: Try not to repeat yourself. It's condescending, and it's really boring, and we tend to do it a lot. Especially in work conversations or in conversations with our kids, we have a point to make, so we just keep rephrasing it over and over. Don't do that.

Number eight: Stay out of the weeds. Frankly, people don't care about the years, the names, the dates, all those details that you're struggling to come up with in your mind. They don't care. What they care about is you. They care about what you're like, what you have in common. So forget the details. Leave them out.

Number nine: This is not the last one, but it is the most important one. Listen. I cannot tell you how many really important people have said that listening is perhaps the most, the number one most important skill that you could develop. Buddha said, and I'm paraphrasing, "If your mouth is open, you’re not learning." And Calvin Coolidge said, "No man ever listened his way out of a job."

One more rule, number 10, and it's this one: Be brief. [A good conversation is like a miniskirt; short enough to retain interest, but long enough to cover the subject. -- My Sister] All of this boils down to the same basic concept, and it is this one: Be interested in other people. You know, I grew up with a very famous grandfather, and there was kind of a ritual in my home. People would come over to talk to my grandparents, and after they would leave, my mother would come over to us, and she'd say, "Do you know who that was? She was the runner-up to Miss America. He was the mayor of Sacramento. She won a Pulitzer Prize. He's a Russian ballet dancer." And I kind of grew up assuming everyone has some hidden, amazing thing about them. And honestly, I think it's what makes me a better host. I keep my mouth shut as often as I possibly can, I keep my mind open, and I'm always prepared to be amazed, and I'm never disappointed. You do the same thing. Go out, talk to people, listen to people, and, most importantly, be prepared to be amazed.
