ALERT! Scientific Breakthrough!

Breakthrough discovered by me, as early as a few minutes ago. I couldn't wait to share with the world, my new ability with the new Galaxy S5 phone.

I was able to aim the camera (with the 16 MPEG optic) to the Frontal Lobe of the interior portion of the brain, and close in relativity to the Parietal Lobe, and with the extra extended battery life for the phone, was able to penetrate the Cerebrum, bypassing the Temporal Lobe... and concentrate on the Occipital Lobe which is toward the back, and just above the Cerebellum....

This was to get a picture that would be viewable on the computer, of just how full of stuff and ideas, and memories that I possess and accumulated in my lifetime. With that in mind (no pun intended) I now share with you, who thought I had nothing up there.... Enjoy.

NOTE: Not intended for anyone under the age of 18, some pictures/memories are or may be of a s*xual nature and may show up at anytime. There are a total of 10 that I was able to get, before the battery played out on me.What a breakthrough this will be for scientist of the future!

And ladies, if you happen to show up in these, in a compromising position... sorry in advance!~JOHN~

Shot Dead!....

This is great news! This is marvelous news! This is powerful news! PRAISE THE LORD! PRAISE THE LORD!. The cowards got what they deserved! They reaped what they had sown. DEATH!

A member of Al Qaeda's branch in Yemen said the group directed the massacre at a Paris magazine, hours after near simultaneous raids by French police on Friday killed the two Islamist brothers behind the attack and another terrorist.

The raids, conducted at locations 25 miles apart, took out Cherif and Said Kouachi and a suspect in a policewoman's killing who had seized hostages at a Paris grocery on the brothers' behalf, but also left four hostages dead, according to authorities and reports from the scene.

The Al Qaeda member on Friday provided a statement in English to The Associated Press saying "the leadership of AQAP directed the operations and they have chosen their target carefully."

There was no independent confirmation of the report, and U.S. intelligence and counterterrorism officials say it is too early to conclude who is responsible for the massacre on Wednesday that left 12 dead.

However, Cherif Kouachi told a French TV station before Friday's raid at an industrial park that he was sent by Al Qaeda in Yemen and had been financed by the cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who was killed by a U.S. airstrike in Yemen in 2011.

If confirmed, the attack would be the first time Al Qaeda's branch in Yemen has successfully carried out an operation in the West after at least two earlier attempts.

The Al Qaeda member said the attack was in line with warnings from the late Al Qaeda leader Usama bin Laden to the West about "the consequences of the persistence in the blasphemy against Muslim sanctities," adding that it was "revenge for the honor" of Islam's Prophet Muhammad, which the satirical Charlie Hebdo had occasionally lampooned.

The lightning-quick strikes earlier Friday ended two tense, hours-long standoffs, one at a printing plant north of the city and the other at a kosher supermarket on Paris' east side, where four hostages were killed, as many as 15 were freed. A hostage held north of the city by the brothers, who killed 12 in a commando-style attack at the offices of Charlie Hebdo, was reportedly freed. The fast-moving developments, signaled by explosions and gunfire at a printing plant in Dammartin-en-Goele, followed by similar sounds at Hypercacher (Hyper Kosher), a Jewish supermarket in eastern Paris, brought to a climax a three-day terror ordeal and manhunt involving nearly 90,000 police and military personnel.

The last few days of the emperor

Remember those hulky-bulky CRT idiot boxes that had a place in most households till a few years ago? Could 2015 be the year of their demise??

Analysts think so. In 2013 - four million CRT sets were sold while their anorexic cousins aka LCD TVs registered sales of six million.

Presently - LCDs cost twice as much as CRTs and which ( ie the hard-to-forgive-and-forget price difference ) keeps the show going. The day manufacturers find a way to produce the LCDs at the very same price-point where they churn out CRTs, cathode ray tube television will breathe its last.

To summarize - LCDs are preferred now-a-days because they are more power efficient and offers a plethora of screen real estate.

( The author is a full-time LCD owner and part-time CRT hobbyist. )

Ban Child Marriages

A teenage girl who was married off when she was 14 is on trial for killing her abusive husband. Stop the barbaric practice of child marriage and save other young women's cruel fate.

The above was the caption on one of the major issues covered on the program.

A friend of mine connected me to a very interesting site that asks global participation on changing some cultural practices of the the world, specifically those that are rather taboo and or outdated. This site is called "FORCED CHANGED". Interestingly, I am already a very active member of the World Human Rights Org. which is based primarily in New York and sanctioned by the United Nations. Most of the programs are very similar but this particular item "Ban Child Marriages" just caught my attention.

I am aware of some cultural practices of the world inherent to where we were born and social values but should we have the right to impose on such practices?

I was born in a country where this practice was so pervasive and it was abolished and changed during the early 1900 upon the arrival of the Western culture. I personally approved and saw the benefit of the change and I am a product of that result which I am grateful for the rest of my life.

Question: Should we campaign and provide our help in this particular case?

Considering our international involvement maybe we can all share our ideas and come up with some enlightenment.

Thank you all for your reads and comments.

Just curious

Iam both happy and sad. Happy that the missing Air Asia is found and sad since no survivor is found. But I'm just curious why the missing Malaysian plane with all the highly developed countries merging their efforts and resources couldn't find a trace of it till now? May the new yr give a glint of hop to its fate!

Start a jar

Not always easy to remember all the good stuff that happens in a year.

There was one suggestion I liked on Facebook ... write a quick note every time something good / fun / nice happens and put it in a jar ... then at the end of the year read the notes to remind yourself...

I wish you all a 2015 filled with enough good things to fill a really BIG jar!

why do we blog?

Or better yet why do we even read what is on the blog?

I do know that it is only recently where the varieties of what we can read and or write on this section are required to be identified.

It used to be the format only on the poetry but recently it has been added on here.

Anyways, I am so bored tonight and perhaps this will enlighten me a bit.

What about you?

Thanks for all your read and comments.

And may we all have a peaceful and joyful life in the coming year.

Have a nice day and or night fellow citizens of CS, scammers or otherwise.cheers wine

NOTE: I came across a response that some write just to impress others and show off their other personalities to be noticed???

While I don't ever think of it this way, it is nice to know the many varied reasons we all have.
