A Clear Definition of Politics

A Russian Jew named Jacob was finally allowed to emigrate to Israel. At the Moscow airport, a customs inspector found a statue of Lenin in his luggage. "What is this?" Jacob replied, "Wrong question, comrade. You should have asked 'Who is this?' This is Comrade Lenin. He laid the foundations of Socialism and created the future prosperity of the Russian people. I am taking it with me as a memory of our dear hero."
The Russian customs official sent him on his way.

At Tel Aviv airport, the Israeli customs official also asked "What is this?" "Wrong question, sir. You should be asking 'Who is this?' This, my friend, is Lenin, the bastard who caused me, a Jew, to leave Russia. I take this statue as a reminder to curse him every day."
The Israeli official sent him on his way.

When he settled in his new home, Jacob placed the statue on a table. The following evening, he invited friends and relatives to dinner.
Spotting the statue, one of his cousins asked, "Who is this?" Jacob replied, "Wrong question. You should have asked 'What is this?' This is five kilograms of solid gold that I managed to bring with me without having to pay any customs duty or tax."

The Moral: "Politics is when you can tell the same shit in different ways to fool different people and come out smelling like a rose."

"Runaway Train" _by soul asylum

Call you up in the middle of the night
Like a firefly without a light
You were there like a blowtorch burning
I was a key that could use a little turning

So tired that I couldn't even sleep
So many secrets I couldn't keep
Promised myself I wouldn't weep
One more promise I couldn't keep

It seems no one can help me now
I'm in too deep
There's no way out
This time I have really lead myself astray

Runaway train never going back
Wrong way on a one-way track
Seems like I should be getting somewhere
Somehow I'm neither here nor there

Can you help me remember how to smile?
Make it somehow all seem worthwhile
How on earth did I get so jaded?
Life's mysteries seem so faded

I can go where no one else can go
I know what no one else knows
Here I am, just drowning in the rain
With a ticket for a runaway train

And everything seems cut and dry
Day and night
Earth and sky
Somehow I just don't believe it

Runaway train never going back
Wrong way on a one-way track
Seems like I should be getting somewhere
Somehow I'm neither here nor there

Bought a ticket for a runaway train
Like a madman laughing at the rain
A little out of touch, a little insane
It's just easier than dealing with the pain

Runaway train never going back
Wrong way on a one-way track
Seems like I should be getting somewhere
Somehow I'm neither here nor there

Runaway train never coming back
Runaway train tearing up the track
Runaway train burning in my veins
I run away but it always seems the same!

Charles Barkley - politicians intentionally fuel racial divide to “keep their grasp on money & power

During the “Final Four Show” on Saturday, former NBA star and “Inside the NBA” analyst Charles Barkley said that politicians intentionally fuel racial divides in order to “keep their grasp on money and power,” and that the “system” is designed to foster hatred and to “scramble the middle class.”

Why does god feel it necessary to create Bad Eggs?

WARNING: Contains dark/disturbing material.

There are some fervantly religious people here; who continually post blogs on Christianity/Catholicism, and general morality;- thereby setting themselves up as experts. I would ask them (or indeed, anybody else); this Question:

IF we are all "God's Children" (I don't believe this, but to go on); why would he make a good deal of Really Evil People? (I guess the classic example, would be Adolf Hitler). But I did not really start this blog, to discuss the Fuhrer;- instead, I would like readers to concentrate on the interesting case studies, which I have listed (below):

In the case of the Serial Killers; why does God, not only feel the need, to create Bad Eggs; but to also install (in many cases), phenomenally high IQ's into them?

Consider the list, below:

A specific example (from the above link, in more detail):

An example from Australia:

(Actually, I don't think Old Ivan was all that bright)....

Evil in Children: God's most "Innocent" Creations:

If anyone can adequately answer this question, then I will change my own personal belief/s (Atheism).

AND I don't want to hear any of that bullshit, about Man being "fallen" and have been given "free will", and/or having given themselves over to Satan, etc, etc...

THESE PEOPLE WERE BIOLOGICALLY BAD FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!

ALSO: I don't want anyone boasting about their own Mental Prowess (such comments will be deleted).

What I do want is a convincing answer to the question that I have posted (above)...

CONTINUED........

Yet there are other TYPES of Bad Eggs. They don't have to be BAD (in the sense described above); indeed a "Bad Egg" may be defined as follows:

Used in this sense ; it would appear that not only does the Very Funny Lord consider it necessary to Create "Bad Eggs" but (very often) also "selects" these "Bad Eggs" to Represent Him Personally!......

Why does NK do this?

My only conclusion as to why Kim fired off these missiles, is to basically taunt the USA. They, the North Koreans, are stamping down their authority now that everyone knows the US' reigning party has no real policy of stopping them. They will have a stronger argument at the negotiating table after these latest acts of aggression.

Blog Vs Story

Advantage of writing a blog is that you don't need a special friend or a confidante to share your experience with. You can just write your story and not be bothered by the reactions of the reader. Just close comments, if you so choose.
On the other hand, 'The Storyteller' may sometimes have to contend with the harsh words of the critics.

Then again there are some persons that do not have that gift of writing or converting ones experience to words, then a good friends ear comes in handy.
A friend that can listen, accept and only ask limited questions.

Problem is, where does one find a so called friend with those qualities?

Most so called acquaintances/friends would profess to having those qualities but are in fact not always honest of their true intentions.
Knowledge is power and through the years I have learnt that most people only gather info for their own personal gain.

Real friends -in my opinion- are those made from childhood, those first friends made in primary school and remained friends through to adult life. At times situations can also produce a true friend.
Unfortunately many of us just don't have that kind of friends due to all types of valid reasons.
Maybe I have this all wrong.
Who cares.
Its nearly Friday.

Name one time a gun was responsible for a mass shooting and not the trigger puller.
