There should be available basic low-cost health-care for all that you could take with you when you move from job to job. What happens in this country is (1) We make it too expensive by often requiring it to cover everything from herbal medicine to acupuncture, (2) Today, there are fewer smokers, but too many people eat too much and don't exercise.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that many of those Canadians that come to the states for health care do so because they don't have to wait as long for necessary treatments like surgeries and because they have found that they can pay for better care here. It's just more of why I disagree with the free system.
