Parent's should be able to get a tax credit for their children attending private schools. It saves the government $$$$.

Ours is a hopelessly hodgepodge system, and the costs are higher for medical care per capita than most universal systems because of that.My first recommendation is total FREE MARKET healthcare - and that means radical stuff like eliminating government regulation of all aspects of healthcare. Absent that thoroughgoing kind of reform, I'd suggest universal, because it's logically consistent with our already heavily socialized system and offers economy of scale advantages...
