Intrigued, i looked at the article. It said to do stuff like donate an organ, or sort out your bills. I said to myself, I know a bunch of people who could come up with some MUCH better answers than that!

Forget the skinny girl... I love ice cream!!! Make yourself happy in 30 minutes: do something that will make you laugh. Laughter is the best medicine. Even some funny tv or movies. Read a funny book or look up some funny jokes or stories on the internet. Even a smile will make you feel better.
