sxc666: Good point on the height CJ I am only 5'2 so cant afford to carry to much extra. I never knew that about fertility drugs.
I guess I am lucky when it comes to weight; I can put on or lose weight very easily over a matter of just a few months. I don't go on any special diet - I just tell myself what weight I want to be, and then allow my body to subconsciously obey my command.

Really - I am NOT kidding!
Yes that is the same with my Family.
It goes on in a flash, but can come off just as quick.

Yes. I feel very sorry for people with genuine weight problems; there is a genetic disease that 0.02% of the UK population have that makes them permanently hungry combined with a lower than normal metabolism...... saw a tv programme that featured, among several others, a little girl of 12 who had this disease.
She got so hungry that she ate the cat pet food; her mother and father were terribly upset for her and she had a 'normal' younger sister who tried her best to help look after - the genetic disease has some other symptoms including reduced muscle development and is very distressing for the individuals and their loved ones.
sxc666: I have no idea what average is in USA I find a size 0 pretty bloody scary though.
Average in AU is about 12-14
You know, the funny thing is: sizes here in USA are very much like what Dru said about 'body type' on dating websites -
what used to be a size 10 in women's closing a decade ago, is size 6-8 today. The manufacturers seem to make the same adjustments to an overweight population.
Paradox67: Programming. It is what we are taught. There are countries where men prefer larger women. I like a size 10 to 14 myself but would go larger or smaller if the proportions are right. But that is just my preference.
Well, that leaves me out
I am who I am. I know what I have to offer, and it is worth more than liposuction, lift and tuck. I am not fat, but neither am I skinny. I am what you call a woman pure and simple.
venere08: You might be suffering from 'Syndrome X', which is insulin resistance, even if you are not diabetic. Quite common. General recommendations for that is to take high quality whey concentrate protein supplement, with non starchy carbs. Chromium piccolinate GTF daily helps to regulate blood sugar levels and reduce/stop sugar cravings. When we eat starchy carbs, this creates a dramatic increase in insulin levels, with subsequent huge drop in blood sugar levels, which makes the body crave more sugar, and the cycle continues. I am simplifying things but if you do just the basics as per above, you will probably quickly get control of the cravings. Replace much of the starchy carbs such as potatoes, bread and rice, with healthy carbs such as a variety of vegetables and some fruits, such as apples, pears, strawberries.
Venere, I know what you're talking about because I lost 126 lbs. by avoiding anything that comes from a bakery, anything that had a crunch and ice cream. In essence, I knew what made me fat and that's what I stopped eating.
However, the reason I ate all those those was to comfort myself for the thing that was missing in my life. Food was the only thing that numbed the pain of not being loved.
So maybe this lady has a problem that has nothing to do with carbs, etc. I'm not saying she does, just maybe.

Erm, are you talking to me?
Well, um, that means that if you ride a horse without a saddle you have to work your muscles to stay on the horse.
