Bad news as far as i am concerned when a married/attached male or female cheats...i would never date a married or attached.

No, not for most of us. And men and women have cheated on their spouses for centuries...it was just kept hush all of those years ago. Now we can divorce because of it and rail against it. 
Most of the reasons why some date married people have been mentioned...and I agree with the majority here, I wouldn't date anyone who is still attached. Separated and living separately I used to consider, but not any more. Attached is attached, and I won't go there.

I have dated some men only to find out that they were married and I left before it went anywhere. In their cases, they said they were missing the passion in their lives. Yes, I was naive and didn't see the sings, but oh soooo careful now.
