This is a dating site. A site to meet people. True, scammers are crawling around like fleas on a homeless dog.

I have been around for the best part of 3 years, give or take. I have made very good friendships and nice acquaintances.

I check my "Who's viewed me" list and I usually thank people for viewing, specially if they seem interesting.

I respond to most of my flowers and definitely to ALL of my mails, even those that are so blatantly screaming scam...and then I block them. It is called COURTESY.

What I would like to know is: Do I come across as a scammer? or, does the fact that I live in Panama, immediately raises red flags of "green card seeker"?

Why are so many members so RUDE? They receive a rose or a present or even a nice email, but they don't bother to respond or past the first line of the profile. I admit, I don't pay attention to mail from people without a face

Waht is it? These MEN think that they are GOD gift to women, the best invention after the wheel? Do these WOMEN think that they are so above and beyond anyone here?

PLEASE...We are supposed to be meeting people. Being nice to each other... I am really at my witt's end. Give people the chance, empower their self-steem.

Most mails are not proposals, are genuine offers of friendship.

It really pisses me off to be ignored... Specially when I notice men I have written too, and just decide to read it and ignore me...

well maybe they don't like you or think you are ugly ????

everyone has different reasons, and I don't think of ignoring an email as rude, it simply means, they probably checked me out and didn't like what they read or the way I looked so by not responding it is basically telling me... That they are not interested....I don't see a problem, and I can take a hint...

I wish I could change the name of the thread to:
"YOUR OPINION IS APPRECIATED (EVERYONE'S BUT TATER'S)"

The thread is not about LOOKS, but about a modicum of Education and Courtesy, about not being RUDE.

There is a woman on the local end of the site who hos everything blocked and ignores requests.Iwas puzzled until i realized she was using the forums for a bulletin board.

Just so if anyone else tries to use a international company with a worldwide reputation for excellence tries to use the online version to arrange shipping, and then they hit a brick wall when moronic staff cant even work their own system when you to try to tell them Hong Kong does not use a Zip Code or Post code system.

Hell you would think this dumb a**hole thought the country in Question was a third world country when in fact it's been at the hub of trade with the far east before say the Inventor of this Company or their descendants even took their first steps out of Europe before escaping to the "new world".

Anyway today i found someone who wasn't a "computer says no" and found the magic code it's 0000.

With people like this in the world well you know what they do at night, cant even be arsed to answer their mail!!!

I wouldn't worry about it, besides "I don't want to find any blasphemous rumours but i think god has a sick sense of humour, and when i die i expect to find him laughing".

I despise rude people. And you are extremely rude and callous. You could have a disfavorable opinion, I would respect that, but you are mainly offensive and rude to people when you voice that opinion. I have responded to many, many conflicting threads, being contrary to the OP's opinion, or to other posters. But I have never been rude, like you are.

And everytime you go into one of my threads it feels like you go out of your way to offend me with your remarks... I don't appreciate that.

If you have a disfavorable opinion, be my guest...just be respectful and watch how you treat others.
