anonymous1: I am getting tired of people trying to get me to prove Christians exist, because I don't believe "atheists" exist.
So here is another question to consider...
Can anybody prove Christians exist?
After having come up with the same look-at-my-existence-proof answwer to your question, say my physical existence of atheist (or Christian if I was one), I just finally come around the meaning of your question. It is just that I can say I am a believer or non-believer of anything but it does not satisfy the logical requireements -or scope- of your question. I think it is then a matter of proving who can have a thorough integrity and orthodoxy -or clean practice- in respect to what is considered a pillar of our personal thinking.
I think long before the Vatican Church and the bolsheviks posed the same questions of integrity and orthodoxy but just with the intention to persecute the ghosts that menaced their existence.
As for your questions, as I said, I have just started coming up with their meaning though I do not know if it is very important in this life to be a true something just to prove the existence of it.
Anyway, the depth of your question can be measured by the meanness of some people replying here -I myself took it humorously at the beginning as well-
And the anger of the mob is always a good sign that a question is shaking the feeble ground on which our thinking is based...

anonymous1: Do you think they are really Christians, without The Bible?
Well if they exist. They are defined as people who follow the teachings of Jesus. Do they need the bible to do so? I think not. Is there any other way you can prove that they exist?

I do...it isnt!!!
Some of us also understand the meaning behind this question and the question raised in his other thread. Its a devious way of challenging the 'I dont believe in god' statements.
However, to many it just appears the op is being pedantic or splitting hairs to a degree that often antagonises. Its no wonder the op received such an hostile response, in fact I believe the threads were intended to do just that.

Are your beliefs so shaky, that they are threatened a subject which you brought up, and I never mentioned?

You think you can twist the meaning of words and so prove god exists.
Im sorry you cant.
You are only askin if words exist.
That is little challenge.
There's nothing devious about it.
Im sorry you're wrong, you havent proven anything yet, but that you contest the meaning of language.

U wont find the truth on internet.
Its all a bunch of lies.
I have no intention of trying to prove God exists.
I know everything I believe is based on faith.
I have no scientifically proven reasons I care to offer.
I do find science that supports my reasons.
But, I believed before I found science that supports what I believe, and I would believe no matter what a scientist said, because I know they are still learning; and I know that a theory is not nessicarly a fact.
I also have no intention of trying to prove Christians exist.
I tried to make that clear by starting this thread.
But, I don't intend to attempt to prove they don't exist either.
It was just a question that I thought could be interesting, I have no agenda, and am not interested in trying to guide this thread in any direction, I just want to see where it goes.

We can only prove to you what you would believe if we knew what you do believe in the first place then we can makebelief that you believe somethin new u didnt believe before. So the first guideluine would be do you believe in any sort of god?
You see,if u want to be convinced what you believe ie true u must define the guidelienes of ur own reality first.

No, the topic is not about me believing in God.
We might have to define Christians though.
I would guess most Christians would accept The Bible, as defining Christians.
So, I will use this verse to begin.
Acts 11:26... And the disciples were called CHRISTIANS first in Antioch.
I'm thinking proof Christians exist would require us to to look for Jesus' disciples.
athiests exist as well as christians the only differance is that christians (wich i am) dont have to prove the existance of god who are athiests to demand, an explanation, on weather god exists or not its irrellavant, look around, his existance is exerywhere leaves on the trees water, wind, sky, even humans are a creation, of god the greatest in fact. his finger prints are everywhere, saying god dosent exist is like saying waters not wet, its unlogical.
