ttom500: If he had a concealed weapon permit?

You jumped to conclusions with out knowing the facts, Cosmic.

I just watched CNN for a hour while at lunch.

You tell me if this is a fair question to poll.

The CNN poll question was. Do you believe that health care is a
right to the American people? Yes or no. 82% said yes and 18 replied no.

But CNN did not go the next step in the polling. Did not ask if they thought a private entreprise system or a government single payor was the preferred way to provide that health care. CNN knows the answer to that question. Americans support private enterprise over gov't run polls show that as well.

So is CNN outright misleading or lying or deceiving (using your terms there)?

Settle down Cosmic....you are beginning to demonize....not nice

Demonise???? With due respect Tom......POT KETTLE BLACK!!!

laugh The OP stated that O'Reilly instigated Tiller's murder. conversing I just wondered why, since Tiller didn't murder babies, he killed them? So why would anybody want to murder a killer? wave

...they were taken to court ...and won the case by proving they were an "entertainment" network. So therefore, they didnt have to be at all accurate in their stories....

The jury must have been rigged, because they are certainly not entertaining.

Falling man....senstitive ears can interpret words in many ways,

Add the right tone.....any words can be made hard and crual to sensitive person.

I quote from the OP...but you add the hard tone...

"should the FBI/or the Secret Service Jail Beck for his obivious threat to her life".

Threating a man with jail with the right tone ....is to cause fear...so could be interpretted as demonizing statement.

And on Mr. OReilly, the OP says...."should ORielly be taken in as the instigator and put on trial"...again with a hard tone a vielded threat.

Fallingman, we are very sensitive people here in the US. Defintinely vieled threats by the OP.

The OP needs to find some evidence to back his charges. Or else what else can one think that this nothing more than 'demonizing' public media figures of a opposing political view.

we have a healthy dose of skepticism here in au

that being said, we have a national watchdog to monitor

still, some bias can creep in a little bit and stupidity can reign, but media watch (a show that points that out) are usually onto it
