Your points are silly though...You are basically saying that the figures from the trasury are wrong....unemployemet figures are wrong....US being in debt is wrong...the Dollar trading figures ar wrong....Proprty figures are wrong cause you have had a few job offers????? Really?????????????

But your points are silly. You are saying cause house prices are rising in your area and you have had job offers the US economy is ok?
Well you should call the White House and tell them all is OK then.

Have you not read my previous posts at all?? I have said, several times now in fact, that I am not disputing that the US economy is anywhere near ok. All I am saying is that you cannot base a whole country's situation on statistics alone.
How many times have I heard statistics spouted out before in Europe, and Britain and Ireland, about the supposed "average wage"?? Its always been a mile off what anyone I ever knew earned, so was never a true reflection of actuality.
I am simply making the same point about your stats.
