I believe there are two reasons to get out of a marrage, one is if your spose is abusive, eather phisical or mental. or if your spouse is unfaithfull. I think you did the right thing.

You are wrong, wrong, wrong, because I know something about raising children and it might interest you to know that alot of boys get into trouble because they like to fight and they like to hit and get hit back, this is a reason many schools put boys on different drugs to maintain peace.

Putting kids on drugs is an excuse for the schools inability and lazyness of a school to deal with kids problems. I used to fight all the time, used to tell my teachers to screw off, used to fight authority everybit of the way, and was the most troubled kid there was and now im going to run a nuclear reactor for the navy. Drugs are the mass solution to a problem that doesnt require drugs, but teaching and adaption.
But there are the select few people who actually need drugs...so im not saying no one should use prescription drugs, im just saying it shouldnt be the solution to most problems.

I think that you instictively knew what you had to do for your family and especially children, and you did it congratulations.
What you did reminds me of a NFL lineman, he does all the work but just because you cant say, "me and my wife are now married 30 yrs" you dont feel like the quarterback who won the superbowl, but you did you are just as important, because if not for you your kids would have possibly alot of serious abondonment issues.
