Back in the mid seventies I spent one year on the island of Malta. I don't know about now, but back then there was no Coka-Cola to be had. The only cola was R/C Cola....
First thing on the way back...we had a layover in Paris and I got myself a Coke !!

Ive immigrated to the States from England/Ireland, and absolutely LOVE it here, and love my new life.
Do have to say, though, that there are certain material things I miss, and that I cant seem to get here - or certainly havent come across yet..
1. BBC TV! 2. Marmite 3. Paxo Suet 4. Crumpets!! Would do you think you would miss, if you relocated??

Well, as far as I know, alot of European countries do great pastries and pancakes now!! Some countries there are famous for them..
Yes, I miss that a little too, actually. Its very beautiful here, quite similar to Ireland and the South West of England, but its flatter, and just larger..
