Interesting Things We Have Done (40)

I'm not talking about the usual things like raising kids or seeing friends or kids getting married or start school etc etc but the stuff that people genuinely never ever get to do or see or that.

I have a list as long as my arm!
One thing: I worked as a childrens animator for a travel company out in mallorca for two years!

Well I seen many interesting things in my lifetim but I will keep it brief. When I was 4 I went to my first ever concert which was in America. There was a rodeo in Houston, Texas and Elvis was playing. I also got to spend one Easter in Israel. I have also visited Hiroshoma 3 days before the 40th anniversary of the bomb being dropped. Lastly I have also seen the pyramids in Egypt and Mexico.

I lived in Kenya for a couple of years and flew up the rift valley in a two-seater aeroplane made of paper and balsa wood. I also panned for gold, almost got stoned to death, lived with the Masai for a few days, killed an 8 ft black Mamba in my house, had an earwig nest fall down on my head, and many other things too numerous to mention. I have lived a very exciting life, full of adventures up to now, not just there but everywhere I have been.
I qualiified for the World Grand Prix in darts back in 2000. It was the first time it was in Citywest hotel. Played 8 qualifying rounds in Croke Park over a weekend and won them all. Played ex world champion Bob Anderson in the first round and got hammered 7-2. Took two legs off him and threw 5 180's against him so happy with that.
I've run sheep dogs and dug peats on the Scottish Islands.
I hold the womens world record for rowing across the irish sea, and I was once chatted up by the lead singer of the village people.
I wrestled with an octopus and stabbed it to death and took it home, cooked it and ate it it was yum

i was fishing with greg norman when i was 10, and i didnt know who he was until i was 16.. i was on holiday in doonbeg, county clare, where he designed and opened a golf course.. i was fishing along the river with my dad and he came along with 2 other guys and told my dad i could go fishing with him for a while... ended up getting chased out of a field by cattle

I got to attend a post mortem xmas week and most amazing thing i have ever witnessed.......def a new appreciation for doctors and what they do....

i skated in the rockerfella centre
i took part in a chinese kareoke (dont ask
)I tuk a cable car over sentosa island
I witnessed people living in conditions that were inhumane
.....still so much 2 do and see

ide say that was amazing,but not for the faint hearted !!! i went to a talk by marie cassidy one time i was so impressed by her and she has a great sense of humor
I couldnt tell the interesting things I have done
I was a deckhand on fishing boats in my youth, fished in the irish sea, of coast of cork and for 1 and 1/2 year at rockall. seen some amazing sunrises at sea. most exciting job iv ever had.
