BellaTheRebel48: As a "reluctant" American citizen, I would like to take this opportunity to issue a formal apology in the Politics Forum on behalf of those of us in the U.S. who have basically filled this forum with OUR issues.
I would also like to state that I find the people of other nations and countries so much more easier to get along with, less antagonistic, thoughtful, courteous, respectful, inclusive, non-arrogant, all that U.S. citizens should strive for, but for some reason find, unattainable.
I thank you all for putting up with us here in the Political Forums as things begin to heat up between the warring factions of our two major political parties who are basically engaged in a "battle royale" for congressional seats and thus control of either the House, the Senate or both.
As you are probably aware, we have an upcoming election and all hell is about to break loose.
Please batten down the hatches!!
