why do you find me worthy of so much attention and why must it be so negative and why are you such a codependent butinsky that you draw out of context a line from a comment i make to someone else and insult me and try to imply i am being crappy to someone??
i mean really its hilarious
you accuse me weirdly and with no actual facts of being like you are and its plain for all to see i am not
i am not like you, i am not as you portray me to be
i mean is it just fun pokin at me and me reacting? seems childish
we dont even know each other- do you do this to folks at the next table in a restaurant? interject negativity into the conversation they are having? i doubt it but
im a a bona fide nurse and have survived 'fatal' cancer and come back from a paralysing spinal cord injury and with all the access i have to western medicine it is the alternative options that have caused my body to overcome
not knocking western medicine as a whole just sharing a bit of my personal experience
and also just noticed part of your post is absolutely medically inaccurate. sorry. not trying to fight just saying
I've no doubt as to your credibility/ability/capability as a nurse, and being a survivor of cancer has made you a very strong lady and my hats off to you for that.
I said nothing whatsoever to discredit nor dismiss alternative/homeopathic/naturalistic medicine, I am not "knocking" it either. I know it has the power to heal the mind/body/spirit in ways many Western treatments cannot and it is used as adjunctive therapy in combination with traditional medical treatments for cancer, MS, HIV/AIDS, and many other diseases, medical conditions, etc., etc.
Part of my post is medically inaccurate in what way? If you are with a person that is unconscious and a heart attack is the suspected condition, (outside of hospital of course) I was taught call 911- to check for pulse, observe the chest for rising and falling, check airway for blockage, listen for breath sounds AND if NONE are detected, immediately begin CPR and do not stop until the EMS/EMT's arrive to take over. I can go into step by step CPR, but somehow don't think that's really necessary.
(there are different protocols obviously for different situations but I referenced the one in which a person was unconscious)
Maybe my above post didn't go into that much detail, but I didn't know we were being graded. I'm licensed as an RT, and have been since 2007, but do not practice in the field right now, but keep up with my licensures and CEU requirements faithfully.
I fail to see where my post was inaccurate and in any way medically irresponsible, when you've got an OP telling people to reach for CAYENNE tablets for a heart attack, but to each their own. But yet you choose to quote and single me out..WOW!

Well, when you say congratulations to someone that lost their mother...It really doesn't say much as to the type of person that you are.
JSuburbia: Well, when you say congratulations to someone that lost their mother...It really doesn't say much as to the type of person that you are.
another absolute misdirection and misrepresentation
what i said i said to someone else and due to your harassment of the very same type in that thread i clarified my statement which oddly enuf as it turns out still remains noyb
again you spend effort to leave breadcrumbs to try to convince someone anyone that i am yukky
those that know me know im not those that would jump on your bandwagon would be working w/ very little and inaccurate frame of reference and you sir have no reason for any of it other than being negative negative negative
i have gotten more mail tonight about this than i get in a week
HealthyLiving: (NaturalNews) Did you know that you can actually stop a heart attack in its tracts with the simple but amazing and awesome power of cayenne pepper? It's true. Cayenne pepper can actually stop a heart attack in about 60 seconds flat!
How To Use Cayenne Pepper To Stop A Heart Attack Fast!
Famed healers such as Dr. John Christopher, N.D., and Dr. Richard Schulze, N.D., sang the praises of Cayenne pepper. For instance Dr. John Christopher declared: "In 35 years of practice, and working with the people and teaching, I have never on house calls lost one heart attack patient and the reason is, whenever I go in--if they are still breathing--I pour down them a cup of cayenne tea (a teaspoon of cayenne in a cup of hot water, and within minutes they are up and around)."
It should be noted that these men, and many other healers like them, were speaking from personal experience and not speculation when referring to this powerful plant.
So what are the best practices in using Cayenne pepper based upon the voice and experiences of those that have actually used it?
First the Cayenne pepper must be at least 90,000 heat units or 90,000(H.U.) to be able to stop a heart attack. If the cayenne is at least 90,000 H.U. and the person is still conscious, the recommendation is to mix 1 teaspoon of cayenne powder in a glass of warm water (this is essentially a "cayenne tea"), and give it to the person to drink.
If the person is unconscious then the recommendation is to use a cayenne tincture or extract, again of at least 90,000 H.U., and put a couple of full droppers underneath their tongue full strength. As noted above by Dr. Christopher, in 35 years of practice he never lost even 1 heart attack case if the person was still breathing when he arrived, and he attributed this to the prudent use of the cayenne pepper.

When I was stationed at Brooklyn Coast Guard Air Station years ago, we used to sprinkle cayenne pepper at the doors to our rooms. This was to mess up the drug sniffing dogs noses when they were brought in.

See... another useful benefit of cayenne!
I wonder if the dogs showed improvement in their health after all that sniffing?

Interesting info.
Thank you for sharing it, HL.
How would you measure Cayenne pepper's heat units?
Nicely done in posting this, H. Preventing heart attacks is only the beginning of Cayenne's health benefits. It even makes a nice substitute for caffeine, in my experience - one of the few herbs I've tried which gives you a serious jolt of energy. Google Cayenne and see for yourself (or better yet, try it!).
