But I am not clued up on everything that happens in other countries... so I really cannot comment..
Here we have pockets of communities who are poorer people living mostly on the dole... and have no desire nor education to improve themselves... they do tend to have lots of babies, often to different fathers... and very often find themselves in very bad financial and emotional states.. and come looking for aid , but generally most people who are not from those pockets, have not a clue to how they live..
