HI GUYS, I HAVE BEEN ON AN INTERNET DATE ONCE(MET THE GUY ON LINE AND THEN WENT TO MEET HIM) IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,PUT IT IN SHORT, IT DIDNT GO WELL AS HE EXPECTED ME TO STAY THE NIGHT APPARENTLY LOTS OF OTHER WOMEN HAD DONE SO BEFORE ME, HE GOT VERY ANGRY AND I HAD A JOB GETTING OUT OF THERE...BUT MAYBE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES.... Always best to meet in a public place, have your own method of transportation etc. so then you don't have to have a problem getting out of a situation.

I've been on plenty of internet dates ...... some didn't go so well, and while with others we dated and/or relationships developed.

I have met only four people from online. One was really bad, the guy was a creep. Although the other three were really nice. I am currently in a relationship with a guy I met online. So far everything is great. So keep tryin its the same as meeting people in the real world. Not everybody is the same, nor are they always what they seem! wine handshake

I've met up with a few people - I wouldn't call them dates because I'm not looking for a relationship, but its nice to meet folk.

I'm not impressed with wandering hands, though and yours sounds like it turned ugly.

Always, always meet in a very public place. Leave details with a friend. Call your friend when you get there, call them when you get home.

It sounds like he was a creep and it was NOT your fault. My only net date was to get back with an old male friend whose wife lets him swing. It was great. I'm still seeing him 2 years later! head banger rolling on the floor laughing grin

If you think that's shocking, his wife gets more partners than he does according to him.

Yes I have,and have learned quickly that the most important thing about online dating site is saying everything you want straight out honest (PERIOD!)People exspect to fall in Love right away,and that is silly for adults to think in such a wayroll eyes

Yes, I had a good experience with no.1..dated him for 8 months...and just lost each other bec of the distance and job situation...grin but the second one was just short live..only a month and a half..both of them were good to me....but I don't go out on the secon one ans sleep with him...We just parted in a good way...his also a long distance online date..Happy Valentine's day...sad flower

I guess I should say, yeah I met him on here (the second) and we both travel a lot and it seemed we were always in different parts of the world. He asked me to quit, but not quite ready although I did for a bit.

yes ... I have .. it was actually a really weird sort of thing from the very beginning ... I recognised his profile pic .. He was a guy i saw fleetingly 10 or so years prior and for some reason his image stayed in my memory .. We chatted online .. convo flowed along smoothly ... so we met up .. in a public place .. both with our own cars ... we had a pub meal .. chatted for ages and ages .. i couldn't believe the time when i saw what it was .. Ooops! bit late .. time to go home .. then i just said *See ya* and drove off home ... I made it perfectly clear to him up front there was going to be NO hanky panky. ... so none of that stuff was expected ... As well as the date went, i just didn't feel that *spark* .. that *something* that made me want to see him again .. so yeah .. that was it .. end of story .. ..
