solsticemoon: Im asking about guys in their 40's/50's looking for 20-25 year olds...I dont think this has the slightest bearing on cougars..cos lets face it, most women still like to be able to talk to a partner..Im askin if guys who want younger women are too scared of women their own age and thir respective performance in bed?
I am curious too - but I don't think it is fear of the same age or older women.
- I think it was said - by a man. earlier in the post - it is species surviving hardwired brains - younger woman more likely can produce children - when an older guy has made his place in life, secured the resources to raise a family he is now able and willing to look for a mate to create that family. and such is our world and has always been that way that older men attract younger women - for whatever reasons - just a fact.
May I ask, I thought the desire for a younger woman by older men was an American thing, not a European thing, is that not so?
I've always been attracted to those around the same age as myself. But as time marches on, yes I'm going to miss the physical beauty of youth, the visual stimulating aspect of it and the touch of soft smooth skin but I'm a realist, such is the march of time as my own mirror confirms. I will accept it, as I hope any potential partner will accept me.
I'm not prepared to put in the effort it would take to attract a young women and I will never use money as an influence ( I'm a Scot remember :) So my bingo-wing acceptance days are approaching fast but one saving grace is that those of my age group won't be adorned with animated vibrating tattoos !

Note to self have vibrating tattoo of removed before trip to Scotland. Fit removal in between bingo games and Wii exercises, and plastic surgery.

I need to disagree with your last comment Sol, I don't think our generation has been the influence, not sure how the resurgence of tattooing over the past 10 years or so has got going again but I just see a lot of sad old sods getting them in an effort to regain some sort of youthful appeal.

I agreee. I never could understand why people wanted tatoos..I guess it looks ok on some people, but my dad told me the tatoos look terrible as time goes on they fade. It convinced me to never get one.. I have no tatoos at all.
