We're all big boys on the cricket field, there has always been talk NZ is just another state of Australia, Hey, most of their tv shows are Australian. Couldn't believe how much Australian tv there is over there, I didn't get home sick as all my favourite Aus. shows are screened there.

I love kiwi tv and the shows you mentioned. I am so sick of American crap about murders etc and dont find anyones death, fictitious or not entertaining.You are our cousins in your own country in southern waters.

Did that show have a lotto ticket on the street etc, i saw a few episodes.Slabs of beer..........its so the drunks get to work out their beer belly the next morning bending over to pick up their cans or stubbies. I lived with many kiwis in Sydney 30 years ago. They were mad and i loved them.

australian tv is terrible, to back up my point, happy gilmore is on again, after is was on about 2 months again.
I cant believe the tv they show on Saturday nights its primetime, at least on weeknights you have good shows. Without that American crap we'd be watching shows like city homicide, the acting makes me cringe

Ditto, I don't even watch it anymore, the news is a bigger soap opera than the soap operas, the dramas are more like watching stage plays and the reruns, I think I know most of them word for word now.
