One of my ex-girlfriends said that her cat did the same to one of my predecessors. But she seemed to love me. She used to smooch my joggers or backpack ... then she'd grab it with her front paws and beat it up with her rear paws. Perhaps she couldn't make up her mind about me ... perhaps she was just being a normal Australian girl.

eumundibabe: I am sorry you feel that way but i learnt along time ago to be very honest insensitive and confident arrogant about my one-eyed views about things i have viewed in life... i have seen listened to people with agendas about the results of what they do ..on many levels...there is nothing nice about cats..please tell me then if you can ...what does the domestic cat bring into nature in a positive way?

Sure. The domestic cat brings company and emotional health to many people. They are less dangerous than dogs and require less physical activity, so they are ideal for young children and the elderly. They give emotional support to the lonely. They are the most effective biological control of mice. Their natural hunting and breeding can be controlled by humans.

So if humans are failing cats ... I would say see to the humans.

i think....her cat was looking out for her...my cat is fussy...i know if jump's on someone's lap...she trust's them, if she hisse's (which she has, on the RARE occasion), i'll start watching these people, AND she's been right!!....my cat KNOW'S wink She's 17 now, still look's young...BUT after her...that's it for me...she and i, we've lost two family member's, 2 dog's...and i'll never forget how she entertained me while i was sad at loosing them...I had a dog that was 13 who i had to put down :( and another dog who died suddenly after 2yrs....my cat, cheered me up so much, she showed me how she KNEW how i was sad, and how she was sad too, she helped me get my mind off thing's, she'd purposely do silly thing's to gain my attention....we've had an awesome life together, and if somebody shot her....i DON'T want to think about it!! crying

Or if you want to do it the way your cat would have ... shoot them in the back.

There is no snooze button on a cat who wants to be fed.
