cynicalorange: They DO provide everything. I asked if they landed on the moon, and they showed me lots of links showing they did. They were crap when I asked if they knew how to stop the annoying rattle in my car.
I studied clasical guitar as a teenager but found it a bit too sterile. I used to play lead guitar with a few Irish blues bands but nothing too serious. I had a nice strat and still have my old Fender Vibrolux 40 watt combo. Graet tone !

I'm self taught and played professionally from about '85 - '94. I envy you the Vibrolux as I've been looking for one. I have a nice US strat & tele, as well as the usual Vox & Marshall valve amps.
I used to play covers and alternative originals, but now I play Blues & Country and only teach Guitar after work. I do have a second job in a guitar store on Saturdays-that's fun.

Sounds great !!! I love the AC 30's sound too !!! So smooth and silky !!
"" Keep On Rockin In The Free World "...Neil Young !
Blues63: Yeah! And they're LOUD. But old Fender amps have it all I feel. The Vibrolux is one of the all time classics. Get another Strat and get out there man!
RayfromUSA: We can't experiment at all on the moon. No manned craft has ever been there. And none is likely to go there any time soon. To really go there would require vessels with thick metal hulls, otherwise the Van Allen radiation belts would broil any astronaut crazy enough to try to cross them in a paper-thin aluminum spacecraft.
Why do you think doctors shield themselves with thick lead screens rather than risk catching even a few rads of residual radiation from a split second x-ray? Do you really think astronauts would be willing to spend something like 15 hours (both going and coming) being literally drenched in radiation moez powerful than x-rays?
I can't read a silly subject like this, especially coming from a guy dressed in a cowboy outfit from France.
That is more than any other thread about a serious topic EVER !!!
Nasa are hoping for and looking forward to their first moon landing in 2018. Their BIG fear is that Japan, India or the EU will get there before them !!
The most embarrasing moment in our history !!! This is a serious subject? Think again.

You missed the biggest threat, China. ISS has showed that complex missions require more resources than what any one country can provide. So we need collaboration between countries for big missions...

Not 2018 or ever, the way Obama is cutting their Budget!

Thanks for that ! I forgot to mention China and it's also worth notint that they have no intentions of collaborating with anyone.
Yet another reason why Nasa are so worried about someone beating them to it !! Nasa forced NAXA to not show certain photos taken by their Selene probe in 2009. The Japanese will NOT comment on that !!
The cover up has started already !.....................again !!!
