I´ve got one of those too and in the end, though it took me a long, long time to do so because I don´t like taking drastic action, I blocked him.
I suggest you do the same.

They are as bad as scammers their name is cyber stalker creepy people I have had my share of them just block and report is all you can do eventually they will go and annoy someone else that is how they get their rocks of stupid idiots
