I hate to see folk drop litter.

Depending on my mood I might tell him/her that they have dropped something and also depending on his/her size, weight and facial expression. uncertain

I get really annoyed...not frustrated ...by peeps who play being a saint, start annoying conversations, then take no part in it themselves, and blame other peeps for stirring up things.

they usually get away with it..that may be the frustrating part.

Are we talking about "Pet Peeves"? Mine is when lazy people don't put the shopping carts up in the parking lots of stores, they leave them smack dab in the middle of a parking place or the wind blows them and they hit my car.

OR when I am with someone who drives around and around and around just to park up close to stores....very mad Okay maybe I shouldn't go shopping quite so much mumbling

Yeah, that winds me up too.

Along with people who appear to have Great Danes on a high fibre diet and don't do the honourable thing.

Queueing. It tests my patience big time!

Even worse here in Spain, and other countries I´ve lived in, because the traditional etiquette of queueing is just not adhered to as in the UK.

The Brits accept it, and do it extremely politely, but elsewhere they just don´t have a clue! laugh

I find it frustrating when I've been standing for awhile in the grocery store check-out lane, and a new lane is suddenly opened, and someone who has just walked up darts in, pretending like he/she didn't realize that there are long lines of people who have been waiting.

Another of my pet peeves is when I am patiently waiting in a parking lot for a car to pull out of its space. I sit with my turn signal on, and wait and wait and wait, until the driver finally decides to back out, and then....a driver from the other direction screeches around the corner, dives into the space, pretending like he/she didn't realize they have just had a Voodoo Hex bestowed upon them by the highly annoyed Kaybee. very mad

I did that too R. I was outside the grocery store and saw a woman take litter out of the shopping cart and throw it on the ground. I approached her very politely saying "excuse me, but there's a trash can over there". She picked it up and put it in the trash can. And she, nor the people that heard me, didn't tell me to mind my own business.

In addition to littering, I get frustrated when people don't use turn signals on their car.

But the biggest thing that frustrates me is people on their cell phone talking and texting while driving. We have a law against it in my state but people don't respect the law. They have an agenda and don't care about anything else.
