Yes its a very hard decision to make. One sits there and weighs the balances between the two choices. There are PROs for both sides. And the PROs for being a couple from a guys point of view are very powerful. But alas the Negatives of being are couple are also very powerful. Where as the negatives for being single are anywhere near as plentiful nor as strong.
It does take a lot of considering and soul searching to want to make that jump and become a couple.

DD I think if you have to soul search too much, then they obviously arent the right person 
Being part of a couple should make people happy, not ponder the meaning of life, and stare vacantly at their navel for hours on end. I just reckon if I have to think that hard about being with a particular person then Im honestly not meant to be there

Don't live your life away procrastinating about it get searching in earnest to see if that is what you really want! you can pro and con forever
That's just an excuse...have faith in yourself and in my humble opinion lady who ends up with you will be very lucky as you are a sweet gentle guy who deserves some happiness in his life.
