Maybe I am missing something because .... if you are not single ... why join a singles site?
Clearly the premise is that someone joining a site dedicated to singles and their search for a date or mate or whatever would not be someplace for anyone who is married.
If I were married ... in a committed relationship ... and my significant other belonged to a singles site ... I would NOT be sticking around. If you aren't committed, they why be married? Just become single and join the sites and find your "partner" and commit to them.
I just don't understand.

Well, on one of the choices for "looking for" it does say Talk/E-mail/Pen pal so, you should have a right to stay on if you want to.

Thats kool for you to be on this site for the forums / meeting peeps / pen pals etc! but you should change the way your profile is written it says you are not looking and not single, but the rest of your profile indicates you are looking, may I suggest you go into your profile and change the wording, for example you are only here for the forums should solve the confusion.

I have no interest in seeking a romantic relationship, I have one. But I have been here for soooooooo very long (since Moses was a boy, I think) and made some great friends. I love the entertainment, amusement and sometimes the informative/educational facets of the Forums, I have learned a lot. I also enjoy a good debate. Nothing wrong in that?

yes I think descretion and respect does come into mind also - i would not be here either if my other half was uneasy about it
possibly a blank profile (as your interests are not the business of any other man now) that says - here to chat with old friends WITH the permission of my boyfriend....
