I know the lady had a lot of emotional demons but one cannot get away from the fact that she was one very talented songwriter and most of her songs came straight from the heart echoeing her trials and tribulations of her short and troubled life.

What about saying something similar to other junkies around the world who've OD'd since her death? She'd enough help....And gave everyone the one finger.
It was sad, and such a waste of a person and talent. I had a little rift with a person over it, who said she was a druggy and a waste of space, it was sooooooo judgemental, we dont know what it was like to be her. x
Of course this news of her being found dead will rock some of her fans in the music world. But in reality, the life and problems she had, means there will be a few people who will not be so shocked or surprised to hear this.

The world has lost another wonderful talent too soon. If only she realised how much she and her music meant to so many people? I can't begin to imagine how an addiction could be so strong that it would destroy someone.

sad but she was on a self destruct course in her life with only one outcome. This was a role model for girls might not have chose to be, but was and now hopefully those girls will look at her drug atakinga nd drinking and see how dangerous it is.Ah dont you just love seeing a wee bit of compassion on a sunday morning...??? Doesnt it do yer heart good.....She was 27 for gods sake....she has drink problems, drug issues, eating disorders....she was a poor troubled soul...if only sorting out those problems were that easy!.....there but for the grace of god etc .... blah blah....

Very true. It must be harder to be in the public eye than many realise and people who tend to be fragile and vulnerable to begin with cannot cope as well as stronger people.
