FWBs have a different connotation though merri, and can stand in the way of you finding a relationship that is more fulfilling.

I think these things often turn out that way PrOwLeR .. we can all say we're adults, being open and truthful, enjoying the moment and so on.
But we do have to tread carefully and be aware of those feelings that one might develop, where the other doesn't.
And I think you're doing exactly the right thing.
