Yes it is an amazing performance ooby, they are Slovenian, here's a little snippet about them from wiki.

Two separate YouTube videos of their performance of "Africa" has had over 12 million views combined since first publishing in May 2009 until September 2011. Johnny Cash could do more, and did do more,, on that song just singing out of the side of his mouth. I dont know if he had a stroke or something prior to recording it. But, he sure had a lifetime of experience to draw upon.
