jovisst: Also scientific studies show that the brain are not fooled by artificial sweeteners and if you drink diet drinks to your meal you tend to eat more.
If you eat or drink something sweet before dinner you will actually eat less and there for not acumulate fat wich is what makes you gain weight. Sugar doesn't makes you pack on the pounds it's fat.
Exsess sugar is just pissed out since body can't store it.
One good thing to know is that you need to exercise a minimum of two hours before you burn any fat.
Take a one hour walk to the gym, train one hour and then walk one hour back and pounds will come of.
To train for one hour daily is just a waist of time.
