Trealach01: Let's look at the opposite first - Atheism: The belief that there was nothing, and nothing happened to nothing, and then nothing magically exploded for no reason, creating everything, and then a bunch of everything magically rearranged itself for no reason what so ever into self-replicating bits, which then turned into dinosaurs.
Yep! Makes perfect sense!!
Now you prove there isn't a God.
Where the hell did you get that meaning of an Atheist from, an Irish dictionary, unbelievable.
Trealach01: Glad to see you at least recognise there is a hell and that you agree Atheism is indeed unbelievable - well done.
The only thing that is unbelievable is that people believe in a god in any form whilst they close their eyes to what goes on in the world. Priests preaching god after lowering the alter boys gown, harsh but true.

You miss the point of the thread. It is a clear challenge to prove the existance of GOD...So far not one person has proved or disproved the point.
GOD (if he exists) is a personal belief and I believe this thread has been set up to counter all those threads where folk preach at the rest of us on C S.
Religion should always be a personal and private belief and to try an push your belief or even non belief on others is totally wrong.
We have so many threads from the Islamic and a few from the Christian and athiest lot as well pushing their views and shouting, loudly to all and sundry what they beleive and why we should believe and obey.
Wrong we are free to believe or disbelieve as we wish and that is what the majority of folk on here want.
By all means discuss and debate the facts. But in all honesty each religion says it is the true one and yet NOT ONE of them is charitable or honest with the others. Very few facts are actually proven as ALL RELIGIONS ARE JUST A BELIEF AND A FAITH.
Fine and dandy if you hold the belief and fine if you don't..
But it should always be a personal thing and kept that way.

no the bible was not written by GOD. the apostles wrote his words as he instructed them to do.he said to beliveve in him and have eternal life. When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
