It's not really Ulster banks fault. It was natwest who farmed everything (their IT dept) to India on a cost cutting exercise. And when it went pear shaped the other week they had to call in locally based people to fix it.
As I said to Blank on another thread sometime between mid week and early next week the problem will be sorted.
