How do you give most of your belongings to earth quake victims if you live thousands of miles away?????????? And how does giving a fridge away help them?????????

I do understand what the purpose of a fridge is. What I don´t understand is..........why you would give away the only fridge that you have?????????

something doesn't quite ring true here, does it? dunno (I'm willing to say I could be wrong about this, but in my mind, if you let it be known that you are generous, that sort of "erases" it. Just my opinion...)

He might have more than one fridge. I used to have two reefers, and still have two freezers, but one doesn't work so I'll have to get rid of it.

One could say: how cannot give a cent to the victims of an earthquake?
Charity is not a sin, greed is.heart1

Since you are not getting a answer I will give you my answer from my own experiance in life. I have given stuff away I know that made people wonder about me and my elevator reaching to the top uh oh Some people do not place the value others do on a material object. No matter how much they enjoy it if they see someone who really needs it more they will give it to them. Why? Because it makes them feel good to help some one else. dunno I have always been able to get by in life, and yes I have missed some things I gave away. But it was just stuff and I can always work and make more money and get more. And if I can't well I will just have to learn to get by without. And actually people in cold areas do use fridges. Don't want to give your food frost bite or ruin something that should not be kept that cold. Also power sources will help them run. I own a generator for when the storms hit here. I know I have went on and on when I could of just said the feeling it gives one to be able to give something from the heart is reason enough to give. It is easy for a rich man to give. But when one gives something that is needed by them then it is truely a gift. bouquet
