I learned a lot from that video! Thanks for posting...sadly, christianity is being wiped out of our country....it's sad when it's not politically correct to disagree with certain religions, but it's ok to bash, christianity...

This one here is kind of a no brainer. I mean to say that it is well known that this Country was built on the right to worship without being commanded to do so by one king or queen. The fact that these "Christians" And I use that in a very loose and general term because that is the case, these "Christians" wanted the freedom to worship in their own way, be it protestant, baptist or all the other flavours of worship. The Bible and the definition of what "God" is has been argued amoung followers from the very beginning. Even in the Bible they have conflicts of one thing to the next. I know you must feel a need to share many conspiracy and sometimes imminent doom to the USA in your threads but on this one it is really no big deal. And Christianity is not in danger. Think about it for just a moment. God is all in all. So do not worry. And though I may not worship as you do I know that what happens will happen. It is always each one of our jobs to bring a certain "Truth" and a sense of "Principal" for starters to ourselves and our own actions. To be victorious, be what you know is right. There is nothing worse than those that spread fear and expect Heaven. Though I don't talk about this often, I still have a sense of Good. Knowing is much stronger than having faith. Just something to think about.

Well said Niko, i don't think we need to belong to any particular religion to be a good person. We should all endevour to be decent honest individuals who care about others. If there is a god i'm sure he/she wouldn't care which church if any we attend but whether or not we have a good heart and try to leave the world a better place for having been here.thumbs up handshake

last time i checked, america had no christian heritage.. lets see:

america was build on a principle of no religion (Separation of church and state); melting pot made America (america is a mixture of european, african, asian, etc; native americans were there before...)so what is america's christian heritage?

Many of the people who went to america was for religious freedom…. European heritage? Pilgrims? Puritan heritage, Quakers ? Anglicans?..etc.. or other another "church"... because "religion" is another question.

maybe you should rephrase this questions... just a suggestion !

Exactly! I have never been one to follow any organized religion, they have ALL forgotten the true meaning of Christianity and instead focus on worldly riches, and fighting with each other over who is the "true religion"

The native americans were defeated by the outcast religious groups from other countries. So, as the native americans were overcome...the heritage of the country is based on christianity.

A heritage is something inherited from the past........how far back doya wanna go ???? If you lose something then your future generations can´t inherit it.

They were christians that ventured forth into unknown territory. They stayed, they conquered and they built a homeland. They´re basic faith was christianity in it´s various concepts, which they brought from other lands, so I would call that a heritage. Something inherited from the past generations.
