Hi Jem..

Gosh I so admire that you cook... I wish I could get the energy to do those things that you do...

But somehow, I seem to think about food, only when my belly grumbles, and by then, I just fill it with whatever is quick..

but I do admire you ..... I need some motivation in that department, but I also need more time in my schedule to do such things.. teddybear

This recipe called for it to be cubed then fried till golden on all sides conversing

Then you toss it into the curry at the last minute with the cashews to heat through.

Mostly I buy tofu already sliced and marinated and cook it till crispy in a sandwich press. Have it with an Asian style salad and it's yum.

Hi LiLee wave

Tonight I had spinach and ricotta ravioli with a fresh tomato sauce.

How about you grin

Nothing so inviting I'm afraid....I had a snack after work and haven't cooked anything yet.

I had a hot lunch though. It was a version of Dhal made from red lentils, tomatoes and spices. Very filling grin
