Glatlol: I have done and would do it again, although not to Malta :)Have been in holidays in my own Country and in Spain, always found people very welcoming and willing to include me when they realised I was alone.
who can ignore you me darl. You made feel welcome in ireland.
It's nice to do some things like skiing in a group, but if I want to see something of a country, hire a car and travel around, I prefer to do that either with my partner, and not having one would never stop me from going somewhere on holidays I always wanted to go.
Went to Canada, Spain, and a long time ago on my first holidays to Ireland.
I have gone on vacations alone. The truth is there are good people all around the world. I have been fortunate to always end up in good company. I was in New York once and my driver was friends with an old neighbor of mine. I was in Miami airport and met a lovely travel agent. We spent the time waiting for our flights together. I don't smoke but I went outside with her while she had a cigarette. She was tiny blond lady. She was very friendly. She had been married and severly hurt and i guess she needed to unload. Had I been with someone I probably would not have spent that time with her. Against friends advise I went Jamaica alone. Beautiful trip.
lushguy4you: This site is a dating site and many are single. But i question has cropped up time and time again.
Would you go on Holiday to another country on your own?
What are your experiences if you have.
I am on Holiday on my own in Malta and enjoying the relaxation.

as I I travel on business almost every week - alone, it has become very easy to "pack and go" by myself. I do enjoy it - time to get my batteries charged and relax..
KNenagh: Yes, I have in the past and would do again.

Go on holiday alone most of the time. My European experience was a bit stressful as Germans and French people are not helpful at all if you can't speak their language. At least I nearly never paid for public transport as no one wanted to tell me how to get a ticket.
