BB_snickers: When women are taking on male roles (and unfortunately male characteristics that they don't handle well) and thereby depriving men of job opportunities and family status to support their families, all but demanding them to 'feminize' themselves:
Do you think feminism and it's notions of 'equality' and rights have taken away your natural and innate state of being a man or a woman?
Do you think it has created a more unnatural and conflicted sense of self?
No, I don't think that. I like to call myself egalitarian (although I am biased as i view the world via a male perspective). I have no problem calling myself a masculist, and I would never call myself a feminist. I do agree with a lot of what feminism is about , but I also recognize that there are good and bad feminists.... as there is a lot of feminist philosophy that does not work with my view of equality.
there is no doubt that men have more privileges than women in the world., (in many undeveloped countries, there is a creeping reality of men having all the privileges)...the feminist movement is working to bring women to the same level that men are today; but bringing down men in order to create equity in the world is not the option. .. and it is the same for some type of men who tries to bring down women - real men are not threatened by feminism, but rather welcome it.
We are both needed, and without each other life would be pretty boring

Thanks Bogey. I disagree. There is no threat, especially where people place veiled threats about what being a man is, relative to feminism and without regard for biological, mental emotional and physical factors. Those are fallacious insults inspired by feminists to get men in line with their agenda beyond it's original intent. I feel no threat, only repulsion in those circumstances.
Do real people discuss without innuendo or with facts? Some do, some don't, both are real people.

As, Poirot, said, "An admirable exercise my friend. Continue it…”
