you are right, maybe for friendship but for true love I think it's 99% impossible. I met a guy here last year and tried to have a relationship with him, but in person I realized we were 100% not compatible

No one can guarantee it will last for "years" but you could live an eternity with ur partner even if it only lasts for months or weeks.

Well obviously it's in Malta, but as most of your countryfolk couldn't put a flag in Europe on a world map, i'd bet my protate glabd that 99% of Americans would have no idea where the country was.
Yesterday i watched a video of people in the states , being quizzed about anything, mostly to show how woefully inept the general American is on simple subjects.
The programme hit geography, and this is the question.......
Name a county beginning with "U".......
Genuine answers were, Yugoslavia, Europe, and Utopia.
Other examples of the standard of education were displayed by the following questions;
"How many sides are there on a triangle?"......."One" was an answer by one University student.
"How many kidneys does a human have? .......Five, was one answer.
And these replies came from University Students, so would i expect any one from that University knowing where Malta is? Not a hope........

The difficulty 'on this site' or any other net based way of dating is that they sell far more hope than they can ever deliver.
The site itself is 'free' but hey, you;re 68 years old, by now you know better than most that
NOTHING IS FREE
There's a price to be paid for everything, if not in money then in labour, and if not that then in physical or emotional pain.
Easy to see the price of love is physically painful at childbirth!
And very obvious that it extracts an excrutiatingly high price in emotional pain when one looks at the messages, threads and blogs in these places.
But, is it possible for a woman of 68 years to find love again ?
The answer is a resounding YES .. my own grandfather at age of 71 met and married a wonderful gal of 68 years and they created a further two decades of love together before finally passing, he two weeks after her!
