advise on having a fever (40)

They don't. HIV and lupus cause a weak immune system which is something you may have, but this does not at all mean that you have HIV or lupus.

I seem to get the same virus when everyone around me is sick with fever or coughing..I thought gym would help me into shape....but still very weak immune system. .maybe it is best to eat a lot of food and sleep more..

Starve a fever, feed a cold.
And don't try to imagine me singing. That would be very bad for your health.

If you take a multivitamin, make sure it contains selenium.
Drink green tea and eat seeds. Or go the whole hog as vegan, not vegan as in pastatarian, but the expensive, food imported from all over, planet-killing type of vegan diet that nonetheless is very good for people with weak immune systems.

Yes try Oil of Oregano it does work. Right b4 winter gets here I always put a few of drops in the radiator and, my car purrs like a good baby....no cough or fever symptoms

this is the time to eat only brocoli,peas,spinach type of food.....sigh.......not into veggies too.will try that vege stuff and vitamins ...tyEat well.

I would try the herbs store first b4 starting to uproot weeds out in the desert. But if you do look for oregano have a umbrella with you because you'll be there 4 days
