Eat more spicy foods, hot peppers and such. The hotter/spicier the better. Not kidding! Google the benefits if you're uncertain.

yeah..I did have a research on how to get more vitamin c and spicy foods are the number one source of it.....unluckily spicy foods are not my favorite.......changing weather gives this virus a strong hold to the imune system......trying the lemon and honey stuff for nowGoogle the benefits if you're uncertain.

Eat oranges and mandarins, if you dont have any available just vitamin c from the pharmacy, i vebeen down with the cold since yesterday and it helps.Also alcohol rubs are very good butafter that you must stay warm in bed to break a sweat.

You're immunocompromised! I'd say it's HIV if you're thinking glamarous, Lupus if you're not. And I base this diagnosis on absolutely nothing at all.

Have you been bitten by a mosquito recently? Because certain varieties can give you West Nife virus or Dengue fever, both give reoccurring fevers, although Dengue is worse and there is no cure.
