Congrats to Cork on a good win for them last night. It was a good game of football with some really good scores from both sides. Daniel Goulding's free taking was top class. Cork were certainly up for the game, young lads new to the panel looking to make an impression. They were actually very reminiscent of Dublin last year.

Am I worried? No. Dublin shot a lot of wides in the last 15 minutes and a forward line including Brogan(s), Connolly, Flynn and Mannion won't do that. grin

snowlynx: The money is put back into the grassroots, there are some great facilities in parts of the country where there is little else.

Go and tell that to the people who live in West Belfast.

Why don't you tell the families who live close to Casemount Park in West Belfast that.

The GAA today is more about money than sport.

I won't even waste my breath discussing this. Read their accounts. Compare ticket prices with rugby and soccer. See the facilities they have part funded nationwide....

Three from three for Donegal applause

Delighted with our win today, still a lot of work to do before the summer but it's all looking good.

I started this thread with a question over the black card and the inconsistencies in the referees continue to baffle me. Not one black card in Letterkenny today when there should have been at least 3....I don't like the rule but c'mon refs, please get your acts together sigh

They don't give up or know when they are beaten, do they, That Tyrone crowd. Looks like we could be in for relegation battle.

I can't believe it's 10 years and he's been on my mind a lot over the weekend, strange, but that's the truth.

On a lighter note, who the hell has the final decision on team sponsors and why, oh why, did they allow "Hunky Dory" to be embellished across the front of the Tyrone jerseys doh

Kildare are producing significant match winning scores in abundance, unfortunately we are also conceding match losing high scores in an even greater abundance.

Tomorrow night we face the high scoring All Ireland Champions in their own backyard... Hmmmmm

This was a funny game...Dublin were always in control but it has to be said that Kildare didn't deserve the trouncing it looks on the scoreboard. That being said they are staring relegation in the face now!

First of all, Congrats and well done to Dublin. A nice style of football and we were simply outclassed and outplayed.

The most frustrating part from a Kildare point of view, is our inability to defend against a direct attacking team was exposed again.

I had really hoped this would be the main priority from the new management, but I suppose these things take time and supporters can not expect too much this year.

Yeah, on relegation, we will have to beat a Kerry team desperate for points next week to retain any chance of staying up, God help us.

Kildare have been within a point of Mayo, Cork and Tyrone in our league games, so on the evidence of that scoreline, Dublin are in a league of their own, and more worrying for the rest is, I would say Dublin have another couple of gears to move up if required.

My old school are Senior Ulster Champions for the first time since 1985. This is a school with a total population of just over 200, boys and girls....it's so good to beat the big boys applause
