I think that here's a lot of corruption, not precisely between the policemen, but on the rest of officials.

Not that I would ever dream of bribing an officer to ignore my driving though a stop sign by accident

Obstinance_Works: The UK is a relatively uncorrupt nation and the same goes for our police. But you're still very much at the mercy of the individual officer(s) involved, and I'd say the standard of our force is slipping because of a lack of recruits and quota goating(giving someone the job because they're Black/Disabled/Female and not because they're talented).
Political correctness in another guise raises it's head again, I have heard they have to take a quota of each.

was bad,city cops could ruff u up n nothing done,new chief has stopped it/was a univ.prof.city fathers/govt.are still corrupt,could use a cleaning,but folks wont vote them out,at any level?!How bad is corruption in the force where you live.
