My sympathies to R's family.
I knew he was sick and there wasn't much hope, but hope is the last to die. He was good fun and always positive, he will be missed.

DD's passing is incredibly sad but he has left us with a very important lesson:
Don't waste time on things that are not important, take opportunities when they come your way, and when love beckons don't put it off because it might be too much work, or there are too many practical obstacles in the way. When the time comes to leave this world, it's not our careers, our money and how many cars we have that matter, but whether we loved and were loved.
