Looks like the Right are having a good night so far tonight. Fox News staff appear happy. laugh

Not sure it matters in the USA anymore. Like the saying goes, there aren't Republicans and there aren't Democrats, We've been had, there are only Haves and Have Nots.

Hey, Sista..... wave

I think the message is loud and clear. We are not happy with Wahington and it trickled down to the local elections. We had a gubernatorial election in Ohio 2nite. I voted for a Republican Governor for the first time in my life.peace

American politics reminds me of a scene from the Odd Couple.

The two parties are the sandwiches.

One votes blindly for the other party not because there's any reason to hope it will be any better, but out of total disgust for the party that's been in power.

laugh yep! And that's how Obama won. It's a real, shame that in spite of all the information that's on the internet that can be checked, out for truth there's a lot of people who'd rather go by what "someone/anyone" says instead doing their own diligent work.

I say we need someone like Maddea...rofl! I'm rofl...but I'm serious too. Political correctness and diplomacy has gotten way out of control. But then that kind of president would never happen. Only "the have people" comtrol the world. With that being said...even though they have their riches on both sides...lol....it must be a miserable life having to make sure you keep up with the greedy in order to suppress the needy. Both parties work together to do this. Anyone who thinks they don't aren't paying attention.

It's like professional wrestlers...laugh ...when they leave the cameras....they are all hanging out plotting...smh

I really wish People would use the proper terms!

A coup d'état (/?ku?de?'t??/ (About this sound listen (help·info)); French: blow of state; plural: coups d'état), also known as a coup, a putsch, or an overthrow, is the sudden and illegal seizure of a government, usually instigated by a small group of the existing state establishment to depose the established government and replace it with a new ruling body. A coup d'état is considered successful when the usurpers establish their dominance. When the coup either fails or doesn't entirely succeed, a civil war is a possible consequence.

A coup d'état typically uses the extant government's power to assume political control of the country. In Coup d'État: A Practical Handbook[page needed], military historian Edward Luttwak states that " coup consists of the infiltration of a small, but critical, segment of the state apparatus, which is then used to displace the government from its control of the remainder." The armed forces, whether military or paramilitary, can be a defining factor of a coup d'état.

not quite....tho...lol, yes that does happen sometimes. I voted for my Governor because he is doing a good job and that should not be overrun by party lines. I don;t care if the contender was a democrat or a martian, I like how the imcumbent is running Ohio for the most part.

For a Gov., I look for fiscal responsibility and I see it with the incumbent. The only issue I have w/ our Gov is he could be a little stronger on the environment, but even there he's OK. I just don;t like the lake Erie wind project and I favor local frack regulations.....but I digress....

So while what you say is true sometimes, we will also vote to keep those who are doing a good job.

That's why I cannot for the life of me figure out how Obama won in '12doh

I am sorry but I am not that familiar with the race in Fla. I was so proud to participate in Ohio! I am not that familiar with other states issues.
