My favourate is Salmon salad, to take away the taste.

Heat water in a tier steamer. Season the couscous, then toss with 1 tsp oil. Pour boiling water

over the couscous so it covers it by 1cm, then set aside. When the water in the steamer

comes to the boil, tip the broccoli into the water, then lay the salmon in the tier above.

Cook for 3 mins until the salmon is cooked and the broccoli tender. Drain the broccoli and run it under cold water to cool.

Mix together the remaining oil and lemon juice. Toss the broccoli, pomegranate seeds and

pumpkin seeds through the couscous with the lemon dressing. At the last moment,

roughly chop the watercress and toss through the couscous. Serve with the salmon,

lemon wedges for squeezing over and extra olive oil for drizzling, if you like.

Bon Apetite.

1 chilli (use a bird's-eye if you like it hot)
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
finely grated zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
200g large peeled cooked prawns
140g young spinach leaves, washed and dried
2 avocados

Finely chop the chilli, removing the seeds if you don’t like too much heat. Mix in a large bowl with the garlic, lime zest and juice, soy sauce and sesame oil, then tip in the prawns and toss to coat. You can leave the prawns to marinate in the fridge for an hour or so.
Lift the prawns out of the marinade. Toss the spinach in the marinade until coated, then tip into a serving dish. Slice the acovados and tuck pieces in amongst the spinach with the prawns.

In response to: Ladies and Gentleman ,if i post the vegetables Reciepies everyday , how many of you would get intrest ? what do you think

I do not know of any mango recipes.

Here is one for today:
1 head of green cabbage, cored and sliced.
Bring water to good boil in the pot and throw the cabbage in.
Par boil 3 minutes. Drain.
In a 13x9 greased baking dish put a layer of cabbage
Top with a layer of chopped tomatoes, sprinkle some dried dill and black pepper. If you use salt, sprinkle that too.
Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
Repeat this process ending with the tomatoes on top w seasonings. If you eat bread (wheat) top with bread crumbs. If you are wheat intolerant as I am use some finely crushed brown rice crackers. Top with butter.
Bake 350 oven for 30 min.
